Website Review AIGA!

Came across this website: http://www.aiga.org.
It narrates about the stories, interviews and essays of past and present designers.

Here are some of my personal reviews for the overall layout of the website.

TOP Page

 BOTTOM Page

Pros of this website
1) Alot of information
2) When i pressed on the "I AM A ..." link, it will bring me to some sort of newsletter which will lead me to the interest and some news that I may be interested in.
Cons of this website
1) Content of the website too clutted and messy. Text of the header and the links are too spaced out.
2) Content are left-sided.
3) Words are too small.
4) The links in this website are just everywhere. Not very organised
5) No central-focus point.
6) Too many font family used which will cause a confusion to the user.
7) The logo of the website is too plain.
8) The links for "login, become a member, follow AIGA shouldn't be placed at the top-left hand corner or the website.

How i feel this website can be improved on:
1) Content to be more centralised.
2) The size of the font should be bigger.
3) The company should redesigned their company logo.
4) Too many links in the website. The company should use some dropdown box to simplify their website.
5) A border in the website thus it will be neater and easier to read.

"The brilliance of a good designer is not defined by her ability to represent the world as she sees it, but by her trained ability to represent it as others expect to see it."
